Ninety of them for less than you would spend on a bag of candy. That is the whole pitch, and it is the sentence two different creators landed on a week apart without knowing about each other.

They are small, about three centimetres across, and soft the whole way through. Press one flat between a thumb and a finger and it takes the shape, then fills back out. Carved pumpkins, white ghosts, black cats, green Frankensteins, skeletons, mummies, witches under purple hats, candy corn, a brown bear, a bloodshot eyeball, a purple bat. More than twenty different characters, and the mix in every pack is drawn at random.

Every piece arrives sealed in its own clear bag, which is the part that matters when you are filling goodie bags for a class of twenty-four.

Ages 5 and up. Small parts, so keep them away from anyone still putting things in their mouth.

Yes. Every piece is sealed in its own clear bag. It is the detail that decides whether this is a five-minute job or an hour: ninety loose squishies turn up as one lump, and these do not. You can drop them straight into goodie bags without handling each one.

Is it safe for young children?
