The United States and Canada. Nowhere else for now.

Where your order ships from

Our toys are made and shipped from our partner warehouses in China. That is the honest reason delivery takes 8 to 15 days instead of two. We would rather you know that on day one than wonder about it on day nine.

How long it takes

• Packing: 24 to 48 hours after you order.
• Delivery: 8 to 15 days once the package leaves the warehouse.
• Door to door: usually 9 to 17 days from the moment you click buy.

Holidays, peak season, weather and customs checks can stretch that. Your tracking link is always the most accurate answer.

What shipping costs

There is no express option, and that is deliberate. On a route that takes 8 to 15 days, paying extra would not get your toys there any sooner, so we do not sell it to you.

Prices are in US dollars

Everything on this site is charged in USD, including orders going to Canada. Your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you get an email with a tracking link. The first scan can take a day or two to appear, which is normal. If the email is not in your inbox, check your spam folder, then email us at contact@whiz-toys.com with your order number.

Orders that arrive in more than one package

If you ordered several items, they may travel in separate packages and arrive on different days. That is normal and it is not a mistake. Each package carries its own tracking number. If one has arrived and another has not, give it a few more days, then email us and we will find it.

Canada: customs, duties and taxes

Read this part before you order. Because your package ships from China, a Canadian order is an import.

• Canada charges duties and taxes on almost every imported parcel. The exemption threshold is roughly CAD 20, so you should expect your order to be charged.
• These charges are set and collected by the Canada Border Services Agency and the carrier, not by us. They are not included in what you pay at checkout.
• The carrier normally collects them when it delivers, and may add its own handling fee on top.
• Duties, taxes and handling fees are yours to pay. We cannot waive them, refund them, or include them in a refund if you later return the item.
• Because the goods ship from China, CUSMA preferential treatment does not apply to them.

If you refuse a package at the door because of these charges, email us. We can only refund what actually finds its way back to us.

If you used the wrong address

Email contact@whiz-toys.com with your order number straight away. If it has not shipped, we fix the address. Once the carrier has it, we cannot change it.

If tracking stops moving

Give it a few days, international routes go quiet sometimes. If nothing has moved for 10 days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier and tell you exactly where it is.
