These terms cover your use of whiz-toys.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.
Whiz Toys is operated by EHCONSULTING LLC, 2915 Ogletown Rd, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean EHCONSULTING LLC. "You" means you, the person using the site or placing the order.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract. Our toys are for children. The order is placed by an adult.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, with photographs of the real item. Screens differ, so colors can vary slightly from what you see. Suppliers occasionally change a detail of a product without warning us.
Every product page shows a recommended age range. Where a product page does not state a certification or a safety standard, we are not claiming one.
If what arrives is materially different from what its page described, our Refund policy covers you and we will make it right.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars, including for orders delivered to Canada.
Prices can change at any time before you place an order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Duties and import taxes on Canadian orders are handled as described in our Shipping policy.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it and ship it. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, and we will refund you in full if we do. That can happen when an item is out of stock, when a price or description was clearly wrong, when we cannot ship to your address, or when an order looks fraudulent or is placed for resale.
Discount codes have no cash value, apply only while the offer runs, and cannot be exchanged for money. We can change or end any offer at any time. An offer already applied to a placed order is not affected.
Our Shipping policy and our Refund policy are part of these terms. Please read both before you order.
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your details accurate and your access to your own email secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Use the site for shopping and nothing else. Do not try to break into it, scrape it, overload it, resell its content, upload anything harmful or unlawful, impersonate someone else, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend access if you do.
The Whiz Toys name, logo, product photography, text, and the design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you keep it, and you give us permission to display and use it to promote Whiz Toys. Only send content you own and that does not break the law. We can remove anything at our discretion.
We sometimes link out. What happens on someone else's site is governed by their terms, not ours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is". We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. Some states and provinces do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Again, nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed, and some states and provinces do not allow these limits.
If your breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that come out of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in Canada or in a US state whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot be contracted away, you keep those rights.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
