Red apple, red pepper, red strawberry, red basket. That is the whole game, and a three-year-old will run it for twenty minutes without being asked twice. Every piece is made to be handled. The pineapple is a tight bobbled knit, the broccoli is a shaggy pom, the corn peels back into its leaves, the avocado splits into two halves. Some of them crinkle when you squeeze them, some carry a small rattle inside.
